ZIGRAM is excited to announce the latest release of Transact Comply, version 1.4, rolled out on 13 July 2025. This update introduces new features designed to enhance compliance workflows, strengthen monitoring capabilities, and provide greater control and transparency to our users. In addition, key improvements have been made to ensure an even more stable and seamless experience.
The system now supports automatic retrieval of multiple files from an SFTP location and seamless ingestion into reference tables. This enhancement streamlines data integration by eliminating manual file handling and ensures timely updates to reference data.
Implemented a Sequence function in the Rules Engine to support ordered rule execution, enabling more complex and dependent rule logic.
Enhanced the ingestion process to support capturing Customer ID and Customer Name directly from transaction files, reducing dependency on external reference data and improving data consistency.
Introduced multiple validation checks during Rules Creation to prevent users from configuring invalid or illogical rules, ensuring improved rule accuracy and system stability.
Users can now attach supporting documents directly within the Investigation View, enabling more complete and traceable case records during investigations.
Users can now upload and download entity details directly from the UI, streamlining the process of managing entity-related data for monitoring and investigation purposes.
Admins are now granted access to view all filed reports within the Regulatory Reporting module, ensuring better oversight and compliance tracking.
Optimized the Transact Comply Processor API to improve response times and reduce processing latency under high transaction loads.
We’ve resolved several known issues to enhance overall application performance, delivering a more stable, responsive, and reliable user experience.
