Transact Comply Release Notes 1.15

Summary

We are pleased to announce the release of Transact Comply version 1.15, introducing key features to strengthen monitoring efficiency, case prioritization, and ecosystem integration. This release introduces Rule-Based Whitelisting, enabling users to exclude specific entities or transactions based on defined conditions, thereby reducing false positives. Additionally, Case Scoring has been implemented to help prioritize investigations by assigning risk-based scores to cases, allowing teams to focus on high-risk alerts more effectively. The release also includes integration between Transact Comply and Entity Hero, enabling seamless data exchange and enhanced entity intelligence within the platform.

Version 1.15 also brings important enhancements to regulatory and data validation capabilities. The India Regulatory Reporting module has been updated to support Finnet 2.0 validations, ensuring improved compliance with local reporting requirements. Furthermore, file validation checks for Capital Markets data have been strengthened to enhance data quality and reliability during ingestion. These updates continue to improve the platform’s robustness, accuracy, and compliance readiness.

Features

1. Rule-Based Whitelisting

A Rule-Based Whitelisting capability has been introduced, allowing users to define exclusion conditions within rules. When transactions or entities meet these predefined conditions, alerts are automatically suppressed, preventing unnecessary case generation.

This feature helps significantly reduce false positives, enabling teams to focus on genuinely suspicious activities and improving overall monitoring efficiency.

2. Case Scoring and Prioritization

The platform now supports Case Scoring, enabling users to assign scores to cases based on configurable thresholds. This allows cases to be evaluated and ranked according to their risk level.

By introducing a structured scoring mechanism, users can prioritize investigations more effectively, ensuring that high-risk cases are addressed promptly.

3. Entity Hero Integration & Transact Comply Integration (Webhook Responses)

Integration between Transact Comply and Entity Hero has been introduced to enhance risk assessment workflows. Alert outcomes can now be shared with Entity Hero via webhooks, enabling downstream risk evaluation processes.

This integration allows for automated triggering of risk frameworks and updating of customer risk ratings, ensuring a more dynamic and connected compliance ecosystem.

Enhancements

1. India Regulatory Reporting – Finnet 2.0 Validation Support

The India Regulatory Reporting module has been enhanced to incorporate Finnet 2.0 validations, ensuring alignment with the latest reporting standards and requirements. These validations now include strict enum-based checks for specific fields such as State, District, City, and Pincode, where only predefined values from approved lists are accepted.

This enhancement improves the accuracy and consistency of regulatory submissions by enforcing standardized data inputs and minimizing errors during report generation and submission.

2. Enhanced File Validations for Capital Markets Data

File validation mechanisms for Capital Markets data ingestion have been strengthened to ensure higher data quality and consistency.

These enhancements introduce additional checks during file processing, helping identify data issues early and improving the reliability of downstream monitoring and reporting processes.
