We are pleased to announce the release of Transact Comply version 1.12, which introduces key regulatory and functional enhancements to further strengthen the platform’s compliance and reporting capabilities. This release includes the Regulatory Reporting module for the Philippines jurisdiction, aligned with GoTRACS requirements, enabling registered entities to generate and manage compliant regulatory reports efficiently.
Version 1.12 also introduces Multi-Model Data Ingestion (MMDI), enhancing the platform’s ability to ingest and process data from multiple sources and formats with improved flexibility and scalability. Additionally, the MIS and Reports module has been enhanced with the inclusion of new reports, providing users with deeper operational insights and improved visibility across compliance activities.
Transact Comply now supports regulatory reporting for the Philippines jurisdiction, enabling registered entities to generate GoTRACS-compliant CSV reports, including STRs and CTRs, directly from the platform. The feature allows automatic pre-filling of customer and transaction details, reducing manual effort, improving data accuracy, and streamlining the overall regulatory reporting process.
The Multi-Modal Data Ingestion (MMDI) module enables users to ingest and process multiple file types required for advanced AML and Surveillance, particularly for Capital Markets use cases. The module supports ingestion of data such as trade files, order logs, client master files, and other related datasets, allowing Transact Comply to execute monitoring rules that rely on combined transactional and reference data. This enhancement improves data coverage, rule effectiveness, and overall monitoring accuracy.
The Rules Engine has been enhanced with the addition of new functions, including InBetween and Order Spoofing, to support more advanced and nuanced rule creation. These functions enable users to design Capital Market–specific monitoring rules, improving the detection of complex trading patterns and market abuse scenarios, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of transaction and trade surveillance.
The Reports module has been enhanced with the introduction of new MIS reports that can be downloaded directly from the platform. These include the Entity Level Report, Rule Level Report, Case Level Report, and Project Summary Report, providing users with comprehensive insights across entities, rules, cases, and projects. This enhancement improves visibility into compliance operations and supports more effective monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
The Regulatory Reporting module for Nepal (goAML) has been enhanced with a more intuitive user interface for error handling and validation. The update introduces clear error counts at field and section levels, along with reset options that allow users to easily clear entered values for individual fields or entire sections. These improvements help users identify and resolve errors faster, reduce manual rework, and streamline the overall regulatory report preparation process.
We’ve resolved several known issues to enhance overall application performance, delivering a more stable, responsive, and reliable user experience.
