Entity Hero Release Notes 1.9

Summary

The January 2026 release introduces enhancements to project-specific configurability, KYC Data Fields in Onboarding, and Initiate Screening workflows. Key improvements include project-level dropdown configuration, Individual and Organization KYC fields, pagination for Entity and Case Manager, and direct access to the Investigation View for PreScreening.io cases from the onboarding module, ensuring faster performance, greater flexibility, and a smoother onboarding experience.

New Features

1. Project-Level Dropdown Configuration

Dropdown field values are now configurable at the project level, enabling client-specific configurations.

• Dropdown values are stored and resolved per project instead of globally.
• UI dynamically loads dropdown options based on the active project context.
• Changes in one project do not affect dropdowns in other projects.

2. KYC Data Fields in Onboarding Module

Entity Hero now supports all KYC input fields for both Individual and Organization onboarding flows.

• Data fields from the UAE Individual KYC Form are added to Core and Onboarding frameworks.
• Data fields from the UAE Organization KYC Form are added to Core and Onboarding frameworks.
• Fields are available during onboarding for both entity types.

Enhancements

1. Pagination for Entity Manager & Case Manager

Entity Manager and Case Manager performance has been improved by introducing server-side pagination and optimized search. Only the required set of entities or cases is now fetched per request, resulting in faster load times, reliable search behaviour, and smoother navigation even when working with large volumes of data.

2. Investigation View Hyperlink on Onboarding Module

The onboarding flow has been enhanced with an Investigation View hyperlink for PreScreening.io cases. Once a screening case is successfully created, users can directly open the corresponding case in PreScreening.io, ensuring easier access, better visibility, and a smoother investigation experience during onboarding.
