Entity Hero Release Notes 1.7

Summary

We are excited to announce the release of the November 2025 update for Entity Hero. This release focuses on aligning the CRR logic between Onboarding and Core CRR frameworks and introduces a Partial Acceptance feature for batch uploads. These updates bring consistency in risk scoring, improve data handling, and make batch processing faster and more reliable.

New Features

1. Onboarding CRR to Core CRR Alignment

A unified CRR (Customer Risk Rating) structure has been implemented to ensure consistent scoring and configuration across both Onboarding and Core CRR modules.

Key Highlights:

  • Data entered on the Customer Information page will be linked to the Risk Questionnaire page.
  • Onboarding & Core CRR frameworks now use the same CRR calculation engine.
  • “Unconfirmed” screening outcomes automatically receive a score of 1.
  • Data Field ID is now optional in Onboarding Framework for easier configuration.
  • Onboarding CRR scores automatically sync with Core CRR entity records.
2. Partial Acceptance Engine for Batch Uploads

Partial batch processing allows valid records to be accepted even if some rows fail validation, making large uploads faster and more efficient.

Key Highlights:

  • Valid rows are processed even if others fail validation.
  • Error reports are generated in Excel, highlighting invalid rows in red.
  • Users can fix errors and re-upload only the failed records or the full corrected file.
  • The UI displays a summary with processed, error, and total record counts.
  • Supports SFTP uploads with email notifications and downloadable error reports.
  • Prevents duplicate entities during re-uploads and maintains audit logs for traceability.

Enhancements

1. New Data Field Addition

New Fields have been added to the “Individual” & “Organization” Batch file across various sections in Entity Hero.
