Entity Hero Release Notes 1.3

Summary

We are excited to announce the release of the July 2025 update for Entity Hero. This release introduces several new features aimed at SFTP, Customer Risk Rating Reports for entities & reviewer workflow along with changes to the batch file for capturing additional information for entities.

New Features

1. SFTP
    • We will provide a secure, hosted SFTP server for clients to upload their onboarding batch files, so that the Entity Hero platform can automatically retrieve, validate, and process these files into its onboarding pipeline with minimal manual intervention.
2. Customer Risk Rating Reports

We will enable a downloadable Excel report from the Entity Outcome page that provides users with a transparent breakdown of the CRR score. The report will include:

  • The score, category, and condition details contributing to CRR.
  • Risk Outcome Score aligned with the risk framework.
  • Support for both Entity Hero-only and Prescreening-enhanced workflows.
  • A dynamic report structure (not static) based on real-time system output.
  • The ability to download the report multiple times.
3. Reviewer Workflow

Cases can now be assigned to Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 reviewers for detailed investigation. Reviewers can mark hits as confirmed (Yes/No) and add relevant comments.

Higher-level reviewers will have visibility into the full investigation history, including comments made by previous reviewers.

Enhancements

1. New Data Field Added – Batch File:

New Data Fields have been added to the Individual and Both Batch files in Entity Hero:

        • Geographic Information: Geolocation – Longitude & Latitude.
        • Transaction Information: Transaction Purpose & Payment Gateway.
        • Products & Services: Loan Status, Loan Account Name, Last Loan Repayment Transaction Date, EMI Mandate Date.
        • New Section Added – System Information – Device Data – IP Address & Device ID.
