Entity Hero Release Notes 1.12

Summary

The May 2026 release introduces major enhancements across Case Manager workflows, CRR scoring, transaction monitoring integration, and overall user experience within Entity Hero. Key highlights include dynamic CRR score recalibration with support for null and zero weightage handling, improved investigation workflows and case visibility in Case Manager, enhanced Transact Comply integration and monitoring controls, advanced filtering capabilities in Entity Manager, streamlined address management through address auto-sync functionality, and improved rule execution control with Active/Inactive toggles in the Rules Library. These updates enhance operational efficiency, flexibility, investigation continuity, and overall scalability across onboarding, monitoring, and risk assessment workflows.

Enhancements

1. Case Manager

Enhancements have been introduced across the Case Manager to improve investigation workflows, case visibility, and CRR score accuracy.

  • CRR scores now dynamically update based on post-investigation outcomes and false positive validations.
  • Rules mapped to the Risk Framework can now generate cases directly within the Case Manager, including rules triggered during onboarding.
  • New standardized case statuses have been introduced to improve visibility across the investigation lifecycle.
  • Search and filtering capabilities have been added to improve case discovery and operational efficiency.
  • Investigation workflows now support “Unconfirmed” hit status handling, reviewer escalation, and attachment uploads.
  • Comments, hit statuses, and attachments are now visible across all review levels to improve investigation continuity.
2. CRR Scoring - Null & Zero Weightages

Enhancements have been introduced within the CRR scoring engine to improve handling of unresolved and unmapped assessment data.

  • Administrators can now configure conditions using explicit “Zero” or “Null” handling modes.
  • Zero mode continues existing behavior by assigning a score of 0 while retaining the denominator contribution.
  • Null mode excludes unresolved conditions entirely from CRR calculations, enabling dynamic score recalibration.
  • The logic now applies consistently to both unanswered and unrecognized values.
3. Integration with Transact Comply

Enhancements and stability improvements have been introduced for the Transact Comply integration within Entity Hero.

  • Transaction monitoring controls have been added across supported EHC ingestion methods, including batch upload, single entity creation, edit profile, and EHO to EHC transition.
  • Stability fixes have been implemented to resolve inconsistent entity creation and transaction monitoring failures.
  • Enhanced logging and workflow controls improve reliability, consistency, and end-to-end monitoring visibility across the platform.
4. Filters

The Filters modal in Entity Manager has been enhanced to provide more granular and efficient entity search capabilities while maintaining the existing UI/UX experience. Key updates include:

  • Added new filters for Entity Stage (Onboarding, Ongoing, Rejected) and Entity Status (Active, Inactive, In Progress, Decision Pending, Review) with multi-select checkbox support.
  • Introduced Upload ID (Batch Name) and Tags filters with dynamically populated options, multi-select capability, and search functionality for quick lookup.
  • Added a new Modified On filter with quick-select options such as Today, Yesterday, Last 7/15 Days, WTD, MTD, QTD, YTD, Till Date, along with custom date range selection.
  • Enhanced the Filters modal to display new filters within the existing filter categories and support searching for filters directly from the search bar.
  • Improved filtering logic by enabling combined filtering across existing and new filters using AND logic.
  • Applied filters now appear as chips/tags and persist while users remain on the page.
  • Updated the Reset/Clear Filters functionality to remove all applied filters and filter chips together.
5. Rules Engine

The Rules Engine has been enhanced with a new Active/Inactive toggle at the project level, allowing users to easily control rule execution directly from the interface. Users can now mark rules as Active to apply them to a project or Inactive to exclude them from execution, improving flexibility and usability without requiring backend configuration changes.

6. Entity Profile & Single Entity Creation UI

The Entity Profile page & Single Entity Creation UI for both Individual Entity and Organization has been enhanced with a new “Same as Permanent Address” or “Same as Registered Address” checkbox for Individual & Organization respectively to simplify address management. When selected, all address details from the Permanent Address section are automatically copied to the Current Address section, fields become non-editable to maintain consistency, and any updates to the Permanent Address are auto-synced while the checkbox remains checked.Â
