Summary

The April 2026 release introduces major enhancements across transaction monitoring integration, onboarding capabilities, and user experience. Key highlights include integration with Transact Comply, a unified risk framework structure across onboarding and ongoing modules, bulk onboarding via batch and APIs, and significant improvements to Entity Manager and reporting capabilities. These updates enhance scalability, flexibility, and overall efficiency in risk assessment and entity management.

New Features

1. Integration with Transact Comply

Entity Hero now supports integration with Transact Comply for transaction monitoring and risk assessment within the CRR framework.

  • Users can tag Transact Comply rules directly within the risk framework.
  • Risk weightages can be assigned to specific Transact Comply rule breaches.
  • Pre-investigation and post-investigation outcomes from Transact Comply are ingested into Entity Hero and reflected in risk evaluation.
  • Validations are enforced if the referenced rule does not exist in Transact Comply.
  • Maintains the latest CRR result based on case alerts from Transact Comply.
2. Unified Framework Structure for EHO & EHC

The framework structure has been standardized across Entity Hero Onboarding (EHO) and Entity Hero Continuous (EHC) to ensure consistency and flexibility in risk configuration.

  • EHO framework now supports sub-conditions within the risk structure.
  • Categories, conditions, and sub-conditions in EHO can be mapped directly to data fields.
  • Rule-based evaluation is now supported in EHO, allowing rule breaches within Entity Hero to contribute to risk scoring.
  • Scores from breached rules can be tagged and incorporated into the EHO framework.
  • Users can map PreScreening.io categories to the EHO framework alongside manual screening and risk-based assessment questions.
3. Batch Upload & API Support for Entity Hero Onboarding

Enhancements have been introduced to streamline entity onboarding through bulk operations and API-based integrations.

  • Batch upload functionality has been enabled for onboarding entities in Entity Hero.
  • APIs have been introduced to support seamless entity onboarding from external systems.
  • Both batch uploads and APIs support Manual Screening and Risk-Based Assessment questions.
  • Two batch file options are available:
    • Create Profile with Risk – Users provide entity data, and the risk score is automatically calculated based on the inputs.
    • Create Profile – Users can manually provide and override the risk score during onboarding.
  • Improves efficiency by allowing bulk data ingestion and reducing manual onboarding efforts.
  • Ensures consistency and validation of data during batch and API-based onboarding processes.

Enhancements

1. Entity Manager UI Enhancements

The Entity Manager has been revamped to provide a more intuitive, modular, and performance-driven experience. These enhancements focus on streamlining complex workflows and improving data visibility.
Key Features & Functionality

  • Advanced Data Management: Implementation of deep table functionality, enabling users to execute both precise single actions and high-volume bulk operations seamlessly.
  • Refined Life Cycle Tracking: A clearer interface that helps users easily distinguish between an entity’s Stage (where it is in the process) and its Status (its current state).
  • Direct Onboarding Controls: Users can now Onboard or Reject entities directly through the Ul, eliminating external workarounds.
  • Enhanced Association Visibility: The root entity view now includes a clear count of all linked Associations, providing immediate context into the entity’s relationship network.
2. Reports Enhancement

The RBA (Risk-Based Assessment) reporting system has been upgraded to support high-volume data retrieval and better accessibility within the platform.
Key Updates

  • Bulk Reporting: Users now have the capability to generate and download reports in bulk for both core frameworks:
    • Onboarding (EHO)
    • Ongoing (EHC)
  • Centralized Access: All reports are conveniently available for download directly through the Entity Manager.
  • Standardized Format: Reports are generated in PDF format, ensuring consistent formatting and easy sharing across teams.
3. Search & Filters Enhancements

We have optimized the search and filtering engine to ensure users can locate specific data points with greater speed and precision.
Key Improvements

  • Precision & Accuracy: Enhanced indexing and logic to provide highly relevant results, reducing noise and ensuring the right data surfaces instantly.
  • Granular Filtering: Introduced multi-select criteria, allowing users to drill down into datasets based on specific entity attributes.
