We are excited to announce the release of the August 2025 update for Entity Hero. This release introduces a rule library page along with changes to the batch file for capturing additional information for entities along with enhancements to the case manager logic.
New Fields have been added to the Individual Batch file in Entity Hero:
Products & Services: Loan Application ID, Loan Status Date, Loan Foreclosure Date, Loan Foreclosure Amount, Loan Status, Loan Repayment Amount, Credit Score, Loan EMI Amount, Monthly Loan Repayment Status, Loan EMI Repayment Amount, EMI Mandate Date, Repayment Mandate Details, Loan Disbursed Amount, Date of cancellation request.

New Fields have been added to the Organization Batch file in Entity Hero:
Products & Services: Loan Applied Date, Loan Sanctioned Date, Loan Disbursement Date
When a rule breach was triggered through a batch upload or API, a case was generated for the newly added entity, while cases were not generated for existing entities involved in the breach. With this update, cases will now be created for all entities involved — both new and existing — ensuring complete visibility and better case tracking.
