Transact Comply Release Notes 1.5

Summary

ZIGRAM is pleased to announce the latest release of Transact Comply, version 1.6, deployed on 03 Aug 2025. This release introduces powerful enhancements to streamline alert and case management, including project-level auto-allocation of cases and bulk closure of alerts, enabling greater operational efficiency. Additionally, the release includes multiple stabilization improvements to ensure a more reliable and seamless user experience across the platform.

Features

1. Auto-Case Allocation

Transact Comply now supports automated allocation of cases based on project-level configurations. This feature ensures that new cases are distributed intelligently to users or teams as per predefined rules, significantly reducing manual effort and ensuring a balanced workload across reviewers.

2. Bulk Closure of Alerts

To streamline alert management, users can now close multiple alerts in a single action. This bulk operation improves operational efficiency, particularly when handling high volumes of alerts that require consistent resolution actions.

3. Ingest Customer Details via Transaction File

Enhanced the ingestion process to support capturing Customer ID and Customer Name directly from transaction files, reducing dependency on external reference data and improving data consistency.

Enhancements

1. MIS Report as Excel Attachment

MIS reports are now delivered as Excel attachments via email, improving accessibility and usability for downstream analysis and reporting. This change replaces previous formats and simplifies client consumption of alert and case data.

2. Case Generation Scheduler

A new scheduler has been introduced to control the timing and frequency of case generation. This allows teams to better manage system load and align case creation with specific operational windows or business rules.

3. File Upload Status

Provision to provide detailed status updates along with timestamps for each stage of the file upload process.
