Entity Hero Release Notes 1.2

Summary

We are excited to announce the release of the July 2025 update for Entity Hero. This release introduces several new features aimed at single entity creation, user management capabilities for cases and rules.

New Features

1. Single Entity Creation

Users can now create a single entity directly from the UI and trigger Prescreening.io for name screening.

This streamlined process simplifies entity creation and name screening in one workflow.

2. Rules for Contact Linkages & Beneficiary Details:

New rules have been added to Entity Hero for identifying shared contact linkage between entities

Enhancements

1. New Data Field Added – Batch File:
    • A new field, Bank Account Holder Name, has been added to both the Individual and Both Batch files in Entity Hero. Users can now input multiple entries for bank account holder names.
