Transact Comply Release Notes 1.21

Summary

We are pleased to announce the release of Transact Comply version 1.21, introducing enhancements focused on investigation flexibility, risk intelligence, workflow automation, and user administration. Key highlights include Manual Case Creation for Non-Customers, TRM Labs Wallet Screening integration for risk-based transaction monitoring, and SLA-based notifications and automatic escalation to support timely case investigation.

Version 1.21 also enhances the investigation experience with Save as Draft, allowing reviewers to preserve partially completed investigation work and resume later. Additionally, User Management enhancements provide improved controls for removing users from projects and strengthen traceability through audit logging of user status changes and removals.

Features

1. Manual Case Creation for Non-Customers

Manual Case Creation has been extended to support Non-Customers, enabling users to initiate investigation cases for individuals or entities that are not part of the existing customer base. Users can provide initial information about the incident to create the case and route it through the investigation process.

2. TRM Labs Integration – Wallet Risk Screening

Transact Comply has been integrated with the TRM Labs Wallet Screening API, enabling wallet risk intelligence to be incorporated directly into transaction monitoring rules. During transaction processing, configured rules can screen the relevant counterparty wallet address on the applicable blockchain and evaluate the returned risk score, entity risk score, and risk parameters against defined rule conditions.

This integration strengthens monitoring of virtual asset transactions by incorporating external wallet risk intelligence directly into rule evaluation.

Enhancements

1. SLA-Based Notifications & Automatic Escalation

The investigation workflow has been enhanced with SLA tracking, breach notifications, and automatic escalation capabilities. Allocation and review timelines can be monitored against defined SLAs, with notifications generated when an SLA is breached and cases automatically escalated to the next reviewer stage where configured.

This enhancement helps ensure timely investigations and reduces dependency on manual follow-ups for overdue cases.

2. Investigation View – Save as Draft

A new Save as Draft capability has been introduced in the Investigation View, allowing reviewers to save partially completed investigation work without completing the case review. Reviewers can leave the case and resume their investigation later without losing previously entered information.

This provides greater flexibility for complex or time-consuming investigations while preserving investigation progress.

3. User Management Enhancements

User Management has been enhanced with additional administrative controls, including the ability to remove users from a project. Audit logging has also been strengthened to capture key user management activities, including user status changes and user removal.

These enhancements provide administrators with greater control over project access while improving accountability and traceability of user management actions.
