ZIGRAM announces the Aug 2026 release with new features, enhancements, and fixes to make screening and monitoring easier and more efficient. This release also includes several stability and performance improvements. Key updates include support for Phone Number and Passport as exclusive identifiers, easy navigation between ZIGRAM applications, and new watchlists for Nepal clients. It also introduces easier case filtering using case tags, configurable fuzzy matching for PEP relationship attributes, and several improvements to screening and the overall user experience.
Screening now supports Phone Number and Passport Number as exclusive identifiers, similar to PAN. An exact match on either identifier is enough to return a result, regardless of other matching attributes. This enhancement is available for India Watchlists, Politically Exposed Persons, State Owned Enterprise, International Watchlists.
A new Credit Information Bureau (CIB) Nepal Watchlist has been added under the Nepal Watchlist Check. Nepal clients can opt for this watchlist by sharing the required documents and credentials. Once enabled, it will be deployed and made available on their environment.
Added configurable fuzzy matching for Politically Exposed Person (PEP) relationship attributes. When enabled, the relationship details provided during screening are also matched, helping in investigation.
Users can now filter cases using one or more case tags, making it easier to find relevant cases. Case tags will now remain visible based on the checks that originally triggered the case, even when all hits for a check are later marked as No Hit Found.
Reports delivered over email now include an additional download link along with the download button, making it easier to access reports.
The Inter-App Navigation feature lets users move between ZIGRAM products without leaving their current session or logging in again, using the same Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials established at login.
Users can now easily filter lists based on their status: Active, Inactive, Enabled, or Disabled, making it easier to find and manage lists.
The Initial Screening MIS Report now shows the current status of each case, making it easier for users to track the latest case status directly from the report.
