Entity Hero Release Notes 1.13

Summary

The June 2026 release introduces enhancements across reporting, onboarding, batch processing, project management, and rule management. Key highlights include framework-specific report generation, a unified onboarding framework, optimized batch processing, improved project navigation, and localized time zone support. These updates improve platform performance, usability, and consistency across Entity Hero.

New Features

1. Framework-Specific Detailed Reports

Detailed report generation has been enhanced to support framework-specific reporting, providing more focused, secure, and comprehensive report outputs.

  • Users can generate Detailed Reports separately for either the Onboarding or Portfolio framework.
  • Reports automatically include only entities containing data for the selected framework.
  • Users receive both the Detailed Excel Report and the corresponding RBA Report via email.
  • The Detailed Excel Report is generated in a standardized format with three worksheets:
Master View – Displays all eligible entities along with their associated entities.
    Individual Details
    Organization Details
  • Generated reports are password protected for enhanced security. The password required to open the report is included in the email sent to the user.
  • The limit on the number of entities that can be selected for report generation has been removed.
  • RBA Reports and Detailed Reports are now available without any access time restrictions, allowing users to access them whenever required.
2. Unified Onboarding Framework

The onboarding framework has been standardized across individual onboarding, batch uploads, and API integrations to provide a consistent onboarding experience.

  • A unified V2 framework is now used for all new onboarding projects.
  • Individual onboarding now follows a simplified three-step workflow, allowing users to capture basic entity information, perform name screening, and complete Risk-Based Assessment (RBA) questions within a single, streamlined process.
  • Newly created entities enter the Decision Pending stage, allowing users to review and approve entities from Entity Manager.
  • Customer Risk Rating (CRR) is calculated after entity creation, ensuring consistent processing across all onboarding methods.
  • Existing projects using the legacy onboarding framework continue to be fully supported.
3. Batch Optimization

Batch processing has been optimized to improve performance, scalability, and visibility for high-volume onboarding.

  • Multiple batch uploads can now be processed concurrently, reducing wait times and improving overall throughput.
  • Batch processing has been optimized to deliver faster onboarding and screening of large entity datasets.
  • Customer Risk Rating (CRR) is now calculated earlier in the processing lifecycle, allowing users to view an initial risk score while screening continues in the background.
  • Risk scores are automatically updated once screening is complete, ensuring users always have access to the latest assessment.
  • Batch History now provides additional processing statuses, giving users greater visibility into the progress of batch execution.
  • Entity Manager, Entity Profile, Entity Outcome, and RBA Reports dynamically reflect the latest available risk scores during batch processing.
  • Improved processing architecture enables more efficient handling of large batch uploads while maintaining system responsiveness and reliability.

Enhancements

1. Project Navigation & Project Management Enhancements

Project management capabilities have been enhanced with improved navigation, project administration, and user experience.

  • A new right-side navigation panel enables seamless navigation across applications within the ZIGRAM Risk Ecosystem.
  • Project Cards now display the Last Accessed timestamp.
  • Disclaimer prompts are displayed before opening POC and UAT projects.
  • Admin users can submit New Project Requests directly from Entity Hero.
  • Search, Filter, and Sort capabilities have been enhanced to simplify project management.
  • Project Details and List View have been updated with additional project information.
2. Rule Library Enhancements

The Rule Library has been enhanced to simplify rule configuration across projects.

  • Default rules are automatically mapped to Demo, UAT, and newly created projects.
  • Rules are added in an inactive state for new projects and can be enabled as required.
  • A new Status column and Status filter allow users to easily identify and manage active and inactive rules.
  • The Rule Library interface has been refreshed to provide a cleaner user experience.
3. Time Zone Display Enhancements

Date and time information is now displayed based on the user’s local system settings.

  • Date and time are displayed according to the user’s system time zone.
  • The existing date and time format has been retained while removing the GMT label.
  • These enhancements are reflected across Project Cards, Entity Manager, Entity Profile, and Case Manager for a more consistent user experience.
