We are pleased to announce the release of Transact Comply version 1.22, introducing enhancements focused on strengthening investigation analytics, regulatory reporting, and customer risk assessment. This release introduces the Volume & Value Trajectory within the Investigation View, providing investigators with a visual representation of transaction value and volume over time to help identify transactional patterns, trends, and unusual activity.
Version 1.22 also strengthens integration with Entity Hero by enabling regulatory reporting information to contribute to Customer Risk Rating (CRR) recalculation and synchronizing CRR scoring and risk-based color configurations across applications. Additionally, the release enhances Philippines Regulatory Reporting with updated conditional validations aligned with the GoTRACS 2024 guidelines, further improving reporting accuracy and compliance readiness.
A new Volume & Value Trajectory visualization has been introduced within the Investigation View, enabling investigators to analyze transaction value against transaction volume over selected time periods. The visualization helps identify transactional patterns, trends, and unusual activity, providing additional context to support case investigation and decision-making.
The integration between Transact Comply and Entity Hero has been enhanced to support the sharing of Regulatory Reporting information based on project-level configuration. This information can be utilized by Entity Hero to trigger Customer Risk Rating (CRR) recalculation based on regulatory reporting status, enabling regulatory reporting outcomes to contribute to ongoing customer risk assessment.
The Philippines Regulatory Reporting module has been enhanced with updated conditional validations aligned with the GoTRACS 2024 guidelines. These improvements strengthen data validation across applicable reporting fields, helping improve report accuracy and compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Transact Comply can now consume the CRR Score Denominator and risk-based color configuration from Entity Hero. This enhancement ensures that customer risk scores and their corresponding risk representations remain consistent across Transact Comply and Entity Hero.
