ZIGRAM announces the Oct 2026 release with new features, enhancements, and fixes to make screening and monitoring easier and more efficient. This release also includes several stability and performance improvements. Key updates include masking of sensitive PII identifiers , 44 new watchlists under the United States Check and grouped results for the Adverse Press Coverage (APC) Check. It also introduces bulk closure support for Hits Found, faster name matching, a standardized monetary value display for India Watchlists, and several improvements to screening and the overall user experience.
Sensitive identifiers such as PAN, CIN, DIN, and other supported identifiers are now masked after a search is submitted. Masking is applied across the user interface and API responses, helping protect sensitive information and limit unnecessary exposure of PII.
The United States Check now includes 44 additional watchlists, expanding the coverage available for screening under this check.
Monetary values for applicable India Watchlists now follow a standardized display format across supported outputs, making currency amounts more consistent and easier to read and understand.
A new project-level configuration is now available for the APC Check. When enabled, similar or duplicate articles are grouped so users can view unique articles in the search results, making APC results easier to review. This is bound to increase the APC search time since it is done at real time in current phase.
Users can now mark multiple hits as Hits Found at once using the bulk closure option. This option is available alongside the existing Unconfirmed and No Hits Found options, reducing the need to update each hit individually.
The name matching algorithm has been redesigned to reduce processing time, helping users receive screening results faster while maintaining the existing matching accuracy.
PEP Open Search – Perplexity has been improved to show more relevant compliance-related articles, helping users receive more accurate and useful article results during screening.
The Bulk Allocation feature has been enhanced to allow cases to be assigned to Project Admins as well, making it easier to allocate multiple cases to the required users at once.
The sample batch file now includes additional fields for relationship attributes, while maintaining backward compatibility so users can continue using both the existing and updated batch file versions.
