Entity Hero Release Notes 1.16

Summary

This release introduces enhancements across Entity Outcome, CRR Framework Management, batch processing, Case Manager, and overall platform usability. Key highlights include a redesigned risk assessment experience, enhanced CRR framework versioning and traceability, optimized batch processing, and Manual Case Creation.

New Features

1. Manual Case Creation

Entity Hero now allows Project Admin users to create cases manually from Case Manager for existing customers/entities requiring investigation.

  • A new Create Manual Case action is available within Case Manager.
  • Users can search for and select an existing customer/entity before creating the case.
  • Search results for root entities display Customer ID, Entity ID, and Entity Name.
  • For associated entities, the corresponding Root Entity Name is also displayed to help users identify the correct entity.
  • Multiple attachments are supported in PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPG, and PNG formats.
  • Users can either:
    • Close the case directly, or
    • Investigate the case using the existing project-level Investigation Flow.
    • Every manually created case is assigned a unique Case ID and identified with Case Source = Manual.
Manual cases remain linked to the selected entity and are available within Case Manager for investigation, audit, and reporting.

Enhancements

1. Enhanced Entity Outcome & CRR History

The Entity Outcome experience has been redesigned to provide clearer visibility into an entity’s risk assessment and historIcal CRR information.

  • Entity Outcome now provides structured sections for Entity Details, Risk Score, Risk Calculations, Category Wise Weights, and Detailed CRR Calculation.
  • Users can view category-level scores, applicable weightages, triggers, values, and detailed framework calculations in a more organized format.
  • CRR History now provides additional entity details along with historical CRR scores, CRR Type, Entity Stage, Framework Version, and modification details.
  • Historical records support pagination for easier navigation.
2. CRR Framework Management Enhancements

CRR Framework Management has been enhanced to improve version control, framework traceability, and entity-to-framework association across Onboarding and Portfolio frameworks.

  • Onboarding and Portfolio frameworks now maintain independent version histories using a versioning structure.
  • Publishing framework configuration changes creates a new minor version, while uploading a new framework creates a new major version.
  • Framework Type is stored and retained against each applicable framework version.
  • Users can view previously published framework versions and their publish history.
  • Historical framework versions remain unchanged and can be used as the base for creating a new version.
  • Each published version retains its complete framework configuration for historical reference.
  • New entities are assessed using the currently published applicable framework version.
  • The framework version used for an entity’s CRR calculation is retained against the entity.
  • Publishing a new framework version does not automatically recalculate or migrate existing entities.
  • Existing entities transition to the latest applicable framework version only when an eligible update or re-run occurs.

These enhancements provide improved control and traceability over the framework configuration used for each entity assessment.

3. Validation & Entity Manager Enhancements

Several improvements have been introduced to make identifier handling and bulk actions more flexible and user-friendly.

  • DIN mapping with PreScreening.io has been enhanced across supported ingestion methods.
  • Passport validation now supports additional Syrian passport formats, while keeping existing passport formats unchanged.
  • Entity Manager now supports Select All across pagination, allowing users to select all entities in a project without navigating through each page.
  • Bulk actions can be performed on selected eligible entities based on existing permissions and validations.
