Summary

ZIGRAM announces the latest release with new features and enhancements designed to improve screening coverage, configuration flexibility, and investigation efficiency. Key updates include multilingual APC screening, multi-country configuration for SOE Checks, Philippines-specific identifier support, configurable timezone display, and the new Switzerland Check. This release also introduces enhanced SOE position details, association information in summary reports, additional watchlist data fields, and easier navigation of investigation details through expand-and-collapse functionality.

New Feature

1.Configurable Timezone Display

Added a project-level setting to display timestamps in either GMT or the user’s local system timezone across the application. Existing date-time formats remain unchanged, with timezone labels updated accordingly

2.Multi-Language support for Adverse Press Coverage Check

Users can now screen entities against language-specific Adverse Press Coverage (APC) watchlists, so they can identify adverse media published in the languages relevant to their business use case or project and improve overall screening coverage.

3.Multi-Country Configuration for SOE Checks

Added project-level country configuration for SOE Checks, allowing users to manage country-specific screening based on package availability while preserving existing project settings and screening behaviour.

4.Support for Philippines-Specific Identifiers

Added support for Philippines-specific identifiers across API, Quick Scan, Batch Upload, Investigation View, Rules Engine, and PDF reports.

5.Switzerland Check

Introduced a new Switzerland Check to expand ZIGRAM’s watchlist coverage

Enhancements

1.Expand and collapse all functionality

Users can now expand or collapse all checks and watchlist details in the Investigation View with a single action, So that they can review case information efficiently without manually expanding or collapsing each section.

2.Enhanced Reporting Capabilities

The Case Summary Report now to display input details for associated entities along with the Root entity, ensuring complete visibility of all entities included in the case.

3.Enhanced SOE Position Details

Added Position Dates and Position Description to individual profiles under the SOE Check, improving data completeness and supporting more effective risk assessment

4.Additional Watchlist Data Fields:

Introduced additional data fields for Global Sanctions, United States, India, Hong Kong, and PEP watchlists to improve profile completeness.

  • Multiple bugs have been resolved to improve overall stability, reliability, and performance across the platform.
