Entity Hero Release Notes 1.15

Summary

The August 2026 release introduces enhancements across Customer Risk Rating (CRR) configuration, entity profile management, reference-value mapping, PreScreening.io synchronization, Entity Profile usability, and Transact Comply integration. Key highlights include configurable risk rating thresholds, direct management of CRR inputs from Entity Profile, consistent display-value mapping across ingestion and downstream workflows, stronger entity synchronization, and new APIs to support Transact Comply reconciliation. These updates improve configurability, data consistency, usability, and integration reliability across Entity Hero.

New Features

1. Risk Rating Threshold Configuration

The Customer Risk Rating (CRR) framework has been enhanced to provide greater flexibility in configuring risk thresholds and scoring scales.

  • Users can configure 2, 3, 4, or 5 risk tiers based on their framework requirements.
  • An optional Prohibited risk band can be added at the maximum risk score.
  • Risk band labels and score thresholds can be customized.
  • Users can select a CRR scoring scale of 0–10, 0–25, or 0–100.
  • Risk band boundaries are automatically adjusted when the scoring scale is changed.
  • Thresholds can be updated using the visual scale or through direct value entry.
2. Entity Profile Editing & Customer Risk Rating Inputs

Entity Profile capabilities have been enhanced for entities in the Entity Hero Onboarding Stage created through Onboarding, API, and Batch Upload.

  • Users can now edit profile information directly from the Entity Profile.
  • A new Customer Risk Rating section displays Manual Screening and eligible Risk-Based Assessment (RBA) questions.
  • Users can view and update responses to these questions directly from the profile.
  • Changes to CRR-related profile fields or responses automatically trigger CRR recalculation and update dependent outputs.
  • After profile updates, users can choose to re-run Name Screening and Quality Data Checks (QDC).
3. Reference Value Mapping

Entity Hero now supports configurable reference value mapping for project data fields, allowing client-provided input codes to be displayed as meaningful values across the platform.

  • Reference mapping can be enabled at the data-field level.
  • When a matching reference value is available, the configured display value is shown instead of the input code.
  • If no match is found, the system uses the configured default display value or retains the original input value.
  • Reference mapping applies across all ingestion methods, entity types, and legacy data.
  • Case Manager and data shared with Transact Comply use display values for reference-enabled fields.

Enhancements

1. Enhanced PreScreening.io Entity Synchronization

Entity Hero’s integration with PreScreening.io has been enhanced to improve synchronization of entity updates and associations.

  • Supports creation and updates of root and associate entities for ingestion via Batch, API, and SFTP.
  • New associates can now be added to existing root entities while maintaining synchronization with PreScreening.io.
  • Existing root entities and associations can now be updated while maintaining synchronization with PreScreening.io.

These enhancements improve synchronization and reliability while preserving existing screening workflows.

2. Entity Profile Update Experience

The Entity Profile experience has been enhanced to simplify profile updates and reduce the number of steps required to save changes.

  • Users can now submit profile changes directly without navigating through the Preview screen.
  • The existing Preview option remains available for users who prefer to review changes before saving.
  • Expand All and Collapse All actions have been introduced for easier navigation across sections in both View and Edit modes.

These enhancements improve usability and make the Entity Profile experience faster and more efficient.
