Summary

We are pleased to announce the release of Transact Comply version 1.20, introducing enhancements focused on improving investigation flexibility, platform integration, and transaction processing efficiency. This release introduces Manual Case Creation, enabling users to create investigation cases for scenarios not identified through configured monitoring rules, along with Investigation View enhancements that allow users to download all transactions associated with a rule breach.

Version 1.20 also strengthens the integration between Entity Hero and Transact Comply, improving entity synchronization and overall data consistency across the applications. Additionally, Transaction Processing has been optimized to improve processing performance and accelerate alert generation, supporting greater scalability and operational efficiency.

Features

1. Manual Case Creation

A new Manual Case Creation capability has been introduced, enabling users to create investigation cases for scenarios that are not identified through configured monitoring rules. This provides greater flexibility for handling exceptions, externally identified concerns, or cases requiring manual investigation.

2. Investigation View – Download All Transactions

The Investigation View has been enhanced with the ability to download all transactions associated with a rule breach. This allows investigators to access the complete set of relevant transactions for offline analysis, review, and supporting investigation activities.

Enhancements

1. Entity Hero & Transact Comply Integration Enhancements

The integration between Entity Hero and Transact Comply has been enhanced to improve entity synchronization and maintain greater consistency of entity information across both applications. These improvements help reduce data discrepancies and support more reliable downstream monitoring and risk assessment processes.

2. Transaction Processing Optimization

Transaction processing has been optimized to improve system performance and accelerate alert generation while handling higher processing loads. The enhancement also strengthens the Dead Letter Queue (DLQ) mechanism to ensure failed or unprocessed records are captured appropriately for controlled reprocessing and improved operational resilience.
