ZIGRAM announces the Jun 2026 release with new features, enhancements, and fixes designed to improve day-to-day screening and monitoring. This release introduces and includes multiple stability and performance improvements. Key updates include a revamped Settings page, the new MIS Module, enhanced PEP investigation capabilities, expanded watchlist coverage through new and updated packages, and several screening and usability improvements across the platform.
We have redesigned the Settings page to provide a more complete view of the checks and watchlists available within ZIGRAM. Users can now easily identify disabled checks and submit requests to enable additional checks based on their compliance requirements. The updated layout also makes it simpler to navigate and manage settings from a single place.
Introducing MIS 2.0 — a dedicated space to view all MIS reports currently available on ZIGRAM. Users can now browse available reports, submit report publish requests, and track their progress through clear status updates and request timestamps.
A new PEP Profile view has been introduced to provide a comprehensive overview of the politically exposed person (PEP) linked to a screening hit. Users can now access enriched profile information, associated records, and other relevant details on a single page, helping them better understand and review the context behind the match.
The Investigation view now displays the image of the politically exposed person (PEP) associated with a screening hit. This provides additional visual context, allowing users to quickly identify the individual and support their review with both profile details and image-based verification.
Users can now opt for a dedicated United Kingdom package, offering access to watchlists specific to this jurisdiction. The package brings together carefully researched and curated U.K.-based watchlists, enabling organizations to align their screening coverage with their regional compliance requirements.
Our existing package offerings have been enhanced with additional watchlists across multiple regions. Users can now choose from a broader range of region-specific watchlists, allowing them to tailor their screening coverage based on their compliance and risk management requirements.
Variable Agnostic Search (VAS) has been enhanced to improve the ordering of search results. Relevant matches are now prioritized more effectively, with greater emphasis on fuzzy search results, helping users surface the most closely related records earlier in the results list.
The platform’s empty state experience has been refreshed with a cleaner and more intuitive design. Users are now provided with better visual guidance making it easier to navigate and get started across different sections of the platform.
Hits marked as Unconfirmed will now display a clear Unconfirmed status directly at the hit level. This provides better visibility into hits that require further review or action, while also supporting clearer tracking and audit readiness throughout the investigation lifecycle.
The Name Screening input has been enhanced to support the “+” character in search values. This allows users to accurately screen entities whose legal or registered names legitimately include the “+” symbol.
MNRL matching has been enhanced to provide more accurate and relevant match results. Users can now benefit from improved match identification during screening and investigation workflows.
